People before procedures — that's how we built Eloha.
Eloha Medical Foundation was founded to close the gap between the healthcare system's limited flexibility and the consistent, personalised support families actually need at home.
The people behind your care
A leadership team spanning frontline nursing, care operations and health administration.
Alice Sidhu
Alice Sidhu joined Eloha Medical Foundation as Director after a career spanning more than twenty years in healthcare. She brings deep clinical expertise, operational knowledge, and a genuine passion for patient-centred care to every aspect of the organization.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive frontline clinical experience, complemented by a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA) that shapes her approach to building safe, sustainable, and equitable home and community care systems.
Prior to founding Eloha Medical Foundation, Alice worked directly with patients, families, and care teams across the healthcare system, gaining firsthand insight into the gaps that too often leave individuals without the consistent, dignified care they deserve at home. That experience continues to guide the Foundation's mission and strategic direction today.
Alice is committed to ensuring that every client of Eloha Medical Foundation receives care that is not only clinically excellent, but delivered with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect for their individual needs and choices.

Our Philosophy
Making the decision to seek care — whether at home, in a hospital, or within a care facility — for yourself, a family member, or someone you love, is never easy. Eloha Medical Foundation understands the weight of that decision, and from the moment you reach out to us, we promise compassionate, knowledgeable guidance for you and your family, every step of the way.
We believe that true care is not measured only in tasks completed, but in dignity preserved, trust earned, and lives made fuller. Every individual we serve is a whole person — with a history, a personality, preferences, and a future they still have every right to shape. Our philosophy holds that quality care and quality of life are not separate goals; they are the same goal, pursued together.
Home, wherever that is. As a national organization serving communities across Canada, we know that "home" looks different in every province, every neighbourhood, and every household. Our philosophy is built around meeting people where they are — geographically, medically, and personally — so that quality care is never limited by postal code. We believe aging and healing in familiar, comfortable surroundings supports better physical and emotional well-being, particularly for those managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or living with dementia.
Care built on trust, every hour of every day. Families need to know that support is not only available, but properly supervised. Our model is grounded in oversight by Registered Nurses and coordinated care teams, so that clients and families have confidence in the consistency and quality of the care being delivered, whenever it's needed.
People before procedures. Protocols and technology matter, but they exist to serve the person in front of us, not the other way around. We listen first, plan second, and adapt as needs change.
Respect for every background, every story. Canada's communities are rich and diverse, and so are their care needs. Our team — including nurses, personal support workers, therapists, and care coordinators — is trained to deliver care with cultural sensitivity, humility, and respect, ensuring every client feels seen and understood, not just treated.
Trust built through transparency. Families place their most valuable relationships in our hands. We honour that trust with honest communication, ethical practice, and consistency they can rely on — every visit, every time, in every region we serve.
This philosophy shapes how we hire, how we train, how we assess, and how we show up at every doorstep, coast to coast. It is not a statement we make once — it is the standard Eloha Medical Foundation returns to daily.
